United States Sixth Circuit

In re: Rahman v. Bell, 02-6547, 02-6548

On remand from the U.S. Supreme Court, petitioner's post-judgment pleading is considered as a Rule 60(b) motion based on the holding in Gonzalez v. Crosby, 545 U.S. 524 (2005), but the appeal dismissed as the motion was untimely.
