US v. Hudson, 05-2656
A conviction and sentence for fraudulently obtaining more than $200,000 from a school district is affirmed over claims that the district court erred: 1) in refusing to dismiss the indictment; 2) in denying defendant's motion for acquittal; and 3) in applying the abuse-of-a-position-of-trust enhancement in calculating his sentence.
