United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence for fraudulent use of a social security number and one count of establishment of a controlled substances distribution operation, imposed after defendant fled while on bail and was recaptured, is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not clearly err in determining that defendant was responsible for delivering the supply of cocaine found in his apartment, and was thus not entitled to the benefit of U.S.S.G. section 2D1.8(a)(2); and 2) no apparent basis to challenge the reasonableness of the district court's sentence existed.
