United States Sixth Circuit

Sinkfield v. Brigano, 06-3512

Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus from convictions for aggravated robbery, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated murder, and having a weapon while under disability, is affirmed as Ohio courts' decision to exclude the potentially exculpatory testimony of two witnesses was neither contrary to, nor an unreasonable application of, federal law.
