United States Sixth Circuit

A conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that: 1) the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict with regard to the element of possession; and 2) the district court violated his Confrontation Clause rights by admitting testimonial hearsay; and 3) the district court made several additional erroneous evidentiary rulings during the course of the trial.
