United States Sixth Circuit
Garcia v. Andrews, 05-3856
Denial of habeas relief on a conviction and sentence for aggravated murder and arson, and insurance fraud, resulting from the deaths of defendant's two young daughters in a fire that defendant set in her home in order to collect insurance proceeds, is affirmed over a claim of error regarding whether the trial court's failure to investigate defendant's allegations of juror misconduct warranted a new trial.
