United States Sixth Circuit

In a death penalty case, denial of a habeas petition is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel during the penalty phase; 2) improper rebuttal evidence; 3) denial of a motion for a change of venue or a continuance; 4) the trial court's refusal to strike ten jurors for cause; and 5) the commonwealth's use of an individual's testimony.
