United States Sixth Circuit
NetJets Aviation, Inc. v. Int'l Brotherhood of Teamsters, Airline Div., 06-3851
In a matter arising from plaintiff-employer's termination of a pilot after it learned that he had made a video depicting his shooting a rifle at a DVD produced by employer promoting a tentative agreement between it and the pilots' union, an award reinstating the pilot is affirmed where, assuming without deciding that public policy review is permitted under the Railway Labor Act (RLA), the award at issue did not violate any public policy that conceivably could warrant vacating an RLA arbitration award.
