Barnes v. US, 06-6061
In a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) suit brought by an individual who fell when taking off her shoes before going through airport security, allegedly because of the TSA's negligence in not providing her a chair, summary judgment for the government is affirmed as plaintiff failed to provide sufficient evidence of negligence.
