Kleiber v. Honda of Am. Mfg., Inc., 06-3490
In a suit brought by a former employee who was injured off-the-job, alleging that Honda violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to accommodate his disabilities, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where there was no evidence showing that plaintiff was capable of working at any job at Honda.
