United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Esteppe, 05-6610
A sentence for armed bank robbery is affirmed over claims that: 1) a career-offender enhancement was improperly imposed because defendant's prior escape and burglaries were all related and therefore constituted just one predicate offense; and 2) the sentence was unreasonable because the court did not properly analyze all of the applicable statutory factors.
