United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Kakos, 06-1263
A conviction for the interstate receipt of stolen property is affirmed over claims that the indictment was duplicitous, thereby compromising defendant's right to a unanimous jury verdict, and that the district court committed plain error by failing to give the jury a special unanimity instruction which would have eliminated any such prejudice.
