United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Cohen, 06-5594

In a prosecution for being a felon in possession of ammunition and a firearm, grant of a motion to suppress evidence is affirmed where officers lacked reasonable suspicion justifying the stop of defendant's car when, in response to a silent 911 hang-up call, officers pulled over defendant's car near a cul-de-sac of homes where the call originated.
