United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Graham, 05-4566

A conviction for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over a claim that the firearm at issue, which was found during a Terry search, and statements made after the firearm's seizure, should have been suppressed because the officer did not possess reasonable suspicion to conduct the search.
