In an inmate's action against prison officials alleging that his constitutional rights had been violated by the defendants' enforcement of a policy that declared court documents to be contraband and required immediate destruction of such documents, denial of inmate's motion for relief from judgment following dismissal of his case is reversed pursuant to a recent Supreme Court case which reversed the circuit's precedent dealing with the administrative exhaustion requirement under the Prisoner Litigation Reform Act.
