In an action brought against a library alleging age discrimination and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of the library is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) attorney misconduct by defense counsel; 2) admission of hearsay evidence; and 3) admission of privileged information.
