Denial of a habeas petition in a capital murder case is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) ineffective assistance of counsel during the penalty phase; 2) admission of certain rebuttal evidence; 3) denial of a motion for a change of venue or a continuance; 4) a refusal to strike ten jurors for cause; and 5) an alleged attempt by the Commonwealth to bolster its case by using perjurious testimony from a witness.
