Crosby v. Rohm & Haas Co., 06-5347
In an ERISA suit brought against a company seeking to recover benefits allegedly owed to plaintiff as a beneficiary of her father's life insurance policy with the company and alleging violations of ERISA disclosure requirements, summary judgment for defendant-company is affirmed where plaintiff received all of the life insurance benefits she was due and the company's conduct did not warrant monetary penalties.
