Stockman v. Oakcrest Dental Ctr., P.C., 05-1518

In an Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA) and state law action arising from the termination of the employment of plaintiff, a 73 year-old dentist, a judgment pursuant to a verdict in favor of plaintiff is reversed where the district court abused its discretion in admitting a settlement offer in violation of Fed. R. Evid. 408, and the record demonstrated substantial prejudice.
