US v. Bolden, 05-5407

A sentence for an offense arising from the robbery of an armed car courier is affirmed over meritless claims that the district court erred: 1) by applying a 6-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 2B3.1(b)(2)(B) for "otherwise" using a firearm; 2) by applying a 2-level enhancement under the Guidelines for the amount of loss; 3) by not applying a 2-level decrease for acceptance of responsibility; and 4) imposing an unreasonable sentence under Booker.
