In an action brought by former nonunion steel industry employees against defendants claiming entitlement to increased retirement benefits and damages for age discrimination, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiffs could not pierce the corporate veil, and did not present adequate evidence to support age discrimination claims.
