Defendant's noncustodial sentence on federal charges relating to her role in a distribution of ecstasy is affirmed over the government's claims that: 1) certain facts discovered by the government after sentencing would have necessarily altered a conclusion that defendant's family circumstances were extraordinary; and 2) the departure granted by the district court was an abuse of discretion and/or unreasonable in light of Booker.
