US v. Rice, 06-5245
Orders suppressing the fruits of a wiretap used in the government's case against defendants for drug-related offenses, and denying a motion for reconsideration, are affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in suppressing the fruits of the wiretap; and 2) there is no good-faith exception for warrants improperly issued under Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act.
