Harrison v. Motley, 04-6157
Denial of a petition for habeas corpus, which challenged a conviction for murder with aggravating circumstances, is affirmed over his claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial due to: 1) conflicts that arose between his attorneys; 2) his attorneys' alleged failure to call certain witnesses to testify at trial; and 3) their alleged failure to fulfill promises made to the jury during opening statements.
