In a class action lawsuit against a county, county morgue employees, and a private photographer stemming from an "art project" he did at the morgue in which he photographed dead bodies without the knowledge or consent of the decedents' relatives, denial of summary judgment for defendants is affirmed and remanded where: 1) there was jurisdiction for the appeal; 2) county's immunity arguments were not properly raised; 3) employees were not entitled to statutory immunity because the record would permit a jury finding that their respective conduct fell within a statutory exception to immunity due to wanton or reckless conduct; and 4) there was no jurisdiction to review summary judgment on a conspiracy claim.
