In a case involving claims against a county and officers of deprivation of constitutional rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. section 1983, along with state law claims of false arrest and imprisonment, orders and rulings against plaintiffs are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the standards applied to a 1983 claim for arrest without probable cause; 2) a conclusion that there was probable cause to arrest certain plaintiffs as a matter of law; 3) dismissal of officers not involved in one plaintiff's arrest; 4) a ruling that a properly conducted protective sweep could be lawful under case precedent; 5) various issues regarding a second trial; 6) rulings regarding defendant-county's liability; 7) a motion to amend and disqualification of defense attorneys; and 8) attorney's fees.
