McClanahan v. Comm'r of Soc. Sec., 05-6649

Summary judgment for the Commissioner of Social Security on a denial of an application for disability benefits and supplemental social security income is affirmed where an ALJ did not apply the wrong legal standard in determining the onset date of claimant's disability, and the bulk of the medical evidence in the record did not support an earlier onset date for organic brain dysfunction.
