United States Sixth Circuit

Prime Media, Inc. v. City of Brentwood, 05-6343

For purposes of the standing requirements for suit in federal court, a plaintiff is required to establish injury in fact as to each provision of a statute challenged, even under the overbreadth doctrine. Dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a sign ordinance of a city in Tennessee is affirmed where plaintiff lacked standing for the claims at issue.
