Abbott v. State of Michigan, 06-1434

Dismissal of a putative class action brought by inmates alleging that defendants, Michigan and several of its agencies and officials, converted plaintiffs' pension benefits in violation of the Due Process Clause, ERISA, and state law, is affirmed where the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and res judicata required dismissal of the claims.
