Carver v. City of Cincinatti, 06-3230

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit brought against a city, police officers, and firefighters/EMTs, denial of qualified immunity for the officers pursuant to a holding that they unreasonably cut off access to medical care for decedent without providing an adequate alternative is reversed where the officers did not violate decedent's constitutional rights under the circumstances.
