Detroit Radiant Prods. v. BSH Home Appliances Corp., 06-1469

A judgment against defendant-buyer in a breach of contract case involving custom-made stove burners is affirmed where the contract between the parties contemplated a minimum fixed number of units binding upon the purchaser, as opposed to merely a non-binding estimate.
