US v. Quinlan, 05-2060

The conviction and sentence of a former CEO of a company engaged in mortgage banking for making false statements to the SEC and for conspiring with others to commit a federal crime is affirmed where the district court did not commit reversible error in rejecting defendant's request to withdraw his guilty plea or in sentencing him to 120 months imprisonment and ordering over $250 million in restitution.
