United States Sixth Circuit
Young v. Township of Green Oak, 05-2633
Summary judgment for former employer, a Michigan township, on claims that plaintiff was wrongfully discharged from his position as a police officer is affirmed where the district court properly considered applicable case precedent regarding res judicata and found that res judicata barred most of plaintiff's claims, and further, plaintiff's due process claims failed.
