United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence imposed upon remand for being a felon in possession of ammunition, which held that defendant was subject to the sentencing provisions of the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA), is affirmed over his claims that: 1) Ohio's aggravated robbery crime does not constitute a violent felony under the ACCA; and 2) documents on which the district court based its finding that defendant had been convicted of a robbery were inherently unreliable.
