US v. Seymour, 05-1643
A conviction and sentence for aggravated sexual abuse of a minor and aggravated sexual abuse of an adult by force is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the admission of evidence regarding uncharged prior sexual assaults against two other adult victims to prove the child-molestation charge; 2) the exclusion of certain testimony relating to the adult victim's alleged consent; 3) sufficiency of the evidence; and 4) the length of his sentence.
