A conviction and sentence on counts of narcotics and firearm possession is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in various respects by allowing the case to proceed to trial after a lengthy pretrial delay during which the government filed three superseding indictments, and that it erred in its handling of voir dire and several sentencing-related issues.
