A conviction for possession of heroin with the intent to distribute the drug is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence resulting from a traffic stop and subsequent, hour-long safety inspection and search of a vehicle; and 2) the evidence presented by the government was insufficient to support his conviction.
