US v. Johnson, 05-6309

A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is vacated pursuant to a claim that the sentence imposed by the district court was not reasonable in light of US v. Booker, inasmuch as the district court failed to properly consider the statutory sentencing factors of 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a).
