United States Sixth Circuit

Denial of plaintiffs- motion for leave to file their amended complaint out of time, as well as pre-trial dismissals in a contract- and discrimination-related action brought by twenty eight former employees of defendants, are affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in: 1) dismissing plaintiffs- complaint for failure to comply with the pleading requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 8; 2) dismissing a defendant for insufficient service of process; or 3) in rejecting plaintiffs- late-filed amended complaint, thereby terminating the entirety of the litigation.
