United States Sixth Circuit

Bli v. USA Farm Serv. Agency, 05-2292

An appeal arising from a bankruptcy matter is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction where appellant-debtor's Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 60(b) motion was a nullity and therefore the district court had no jurisdiction to consider it, and further, no valid notice of appeal was filed from the original final order of the district court.
