United States Sixth Circuit

An order dissolving an injunction, which had enjoined the enforcement of a Nashville ordinance requiring "sexually oriented" businesses to obtain licenses and performers to obtain permits, and dismissing the matter is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court improperly dissolved the injunction by not analyzing the issue under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b); and 2) dismissal was improper because plaintiff never received a trial on its claims.
