An order granting the SEC's application for enforcement of an order affirming sanctions levied against an investment broker and dealer by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) is affirmed where the Securities and Exchange Act section 21(e) empowers the SEC to apply to the district court for enforcement of an SEC order affirming NASD sanctions, and the application for an enforcement order was not precluded by 15 U.S.C. section 78u(f) or barred by a statute of limitations.
