United States Sixth Circuit
Moon v. Harrison Piping Supply, 05-1808
Dismissal of suit alleging racketeering and tort damages surrounding the alleged collusion to deny plaintiff workers' compensation benefits is affirmed where plaintiff failed sufficiently to allege a pattern of racketeering activity for purposes of RICO, but reversed where the district court should not have exercised pendent jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims.
