Summary judgment for defendant, the United States Postal Service, in an age and sex-discrimination lawsuit is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff failed to produce evidence such that a reasonable jury could conclude that defendant's proffered reasons for hiring a younger, female employee constituted a pretext for illegal age discrimination; 2) failed to make a prima facie showing of reverse sex discrimination; and 3) a 42 U.S.C. section 1981 claim failed as a matter of law.
