Curry v. US Bulk Transp., Inc., 05-4218

On appeal from summary judgment for defendants in a negligence suit arising from injuries plaintiff sustained in an accident when a truck overturned in the warehouse in which he worked, the matter is remanded to the state court from which removal was granted where complete diversity was destroyed when certain individuals were identified and substituted as nondiverse defendants.
