United States Sixth Circuit

Liberte Capital Group, LLC v. Capwill, 05-3510

An order finding insurers in contempt of court for violations of previously issued injunctions in a receivership case over the assets of former viatical settlement companies and their trustees is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in the order since a Delaware suit violated prior district court orders, and the inclusion of a party was solely for the improper purpose of defeating diversity.
