Hardesty v. Hamburg Township, 05-1346

In a civil rights action alleging violation of plaintiffs' Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed on the grounds that the evidence taken in the light most favorable to plaintiffs did not establish a constitutional violation.
