United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Collington, 05-4054

A sentence for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine is affirmed over the government's challenge to the sentence's reasonableness where, given the detailed and in-depth analysis of defendant's sentence by the district court in the light of all relevant sentencing factors, the downward-variance sentence was procedurally and substantively reasonable.
