US v. Huffman, 05-2058

A conviction and sentence for firearms-related offenses, arising from police officers' warrantless entry into a house pursuant to a 911 call and their discovery of firearms and ammunition near or on the sleeping defendant, is affirmed over claims of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress and application of a four level sentencing increase.
