Dismissal of a topless dancer's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action challenging a town ordinance that prohibited nudity at "any establishment licensed or subject to licensing by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission" is affirmed where the district court correctly applied the Michigan law of res judicata.
